This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Our payment provider provides us with a "token" that represents your account, your payment card's expiration date, payment card type, and the first six and last four digits of your payment card number.

Images, voice recordings, and videos collected or stored in connection with the Services.
Identity document information, such as Social Security and driver's license numbers and a copy of your passport, driver's license, or other government-issued ID for identity and age verification purposes.
Biometric information, such as facial geometry, facial scans, or similar biometric identifiers, collected where necessary for identity or age verification, or with your prior consent where required by law. We handle biometric information in accordance with applicable biometric privacy laws, including but not limited to the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Biometric information is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the purpose for which it was collected (for example, identity verification) and is deleted or permanently deidentified within the time limits required by applicable law, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
If you are a California resident, to access our supplemental California privacy statement, visit the CCPA privacy notice for California Residents.
Some of the information identified above, including identification document information and biometric information, may be considered sensitive data under certain laws. If required under applicable law, we will collect and process sensitive personal data only with your consent. If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.
We also collect:
Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, place an order, subscribe, or make a purchase, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or promotions, or create, upload, or post content to the Services, including reviews, media such as photos, videos, or audio recordings.
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.
Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services. Where required by law (for example, under the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive), we will obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar technologies on your device. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences through the cookie banner or settings tool available on the Services. Essential cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the Services, cannot be disabled.
Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those parts or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
Local Storage and Similar Technologies. We may use local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to store information on your device to enable core functionality, remember your preferences, maintain session state, and support security and fraud-prevention measures.
Analytics and Log Data. We may collect information about your use of the Services through server logs and analytics tools, including pages viewed, features used, interactions, access times, referring URLs, and other usage data. This information is used to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Services.
Third-Party SDKs and Embedded Scripts. The Services may include third-party software development kits (SDKs), APIs, or embedded scripts provided by service providers that support functionality such as payments, analytics, customer support, and security. These technologies may automatically collect information such as IP address, device information, and interaction data in accordance with the applicable provider's policies.
Security and Fraud Prevention Technologies. We may use technical measures designed to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, which may involve the collection of device, network, and usage information for security purposes.
To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a personal data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for those uses by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result.
When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
Analytics companies.
Your internet or mobile service provider.
Fraud prevention and security vendors.
Payment processors.
Age and identity verification providers.
Content delivery networks (CDNs) and hosting providers.
Email and customer communication platforms.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Services, and some may associate that information with personal data they already maintain. Their data collection and use are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not permit third-party behavioral advertising on the Services.
We do not control how these third parties' tracking technologies operate. If you have questions about how a third party uses your information, you should contact that provider directly.
We may receive personal data about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly from you. For example, we may obtain information about you from service providers that we engage to perform services on our behalf, such as email platform providers, content delivery services, payment processors, age verification providers, customer support and helpdesk providers, and analytics, security, and anti-fraud services.
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, to:
Provide you with the Services and any contents, features, information, products, or services that we make available through the Services.
Fulfill and manage subscriptions, purchases, and payments.

Improve our Services, including by analyzing your information and creating aggregated data derived from your information to develop, maintain, analyze, improve, optimize, measure, and report on our Services and their features and how users interact with them. Our analysis may include the use of technology like machine learning and large language models, which may include training these models or sharing with third parties for model training. We do not use sensitive personal content (such as private videos or chat logs) to train or fine-tune AI models without your explicit consent. Any AI-based processing is opt-in, and we will clearly disclose when user-uploaded content is used for AI training or model improvement.

We may also disclose personal data that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Services may not respond to all browser DNT signals. Instead, you can use the range of other tools to control data collection and use, including the cookie controls and advertising controls described in this policy. For EU and UK residents, where we rely on your consent to use non-essential cookies or similar technologies, you may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your preferences through the cookie banner or our settings tool. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, but certain features of the Services may not function properly without these technologies.
Promotions by the Company. If you do not wish us to use your information to promote our own products or services, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. You can also opt out by logging into your account and adjusting your account settings and preferences or sending us an email stating your request to [email protected].
Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose.
Deletion. You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal data for these purposes.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at [email protected]. To appeal a decision regarding a consumer rights request, you may reply to our response email and state the basis for your appeal. We will review your appeal and respond in writing within 45 days, including an explanation of the decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state's attorney general to lodge a complaint.
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address: [email protected]. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully, or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we might not always be able to comply with your erasure request for specific legal reasons that will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation that makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information that override your rights and freedoms.
Request restriction of processing your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (1) if you want us to establish the data's accuracy; (2) where our use of the data is unlawful, but you do not want us to erase it; (3) where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (4) you have objected to our use of your data, but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.

Note that this right only applies to automated information that you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we might not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please contact us at [email protected].
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to honor your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information regarding your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will let you know and keep you updated.
If you believe our data processing practices violate your rights under the EU or UK GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work. If you are in the EU, you can find your local supervisory authority here. For any unresolved complaints relating to the UK, you can reach out to the Information Commissioner's Office, and for Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. While you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority, we welcome the opportunity to address your concerns and resolve any issues first.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under article 37 of the GDPR. However, you may contact us with any questions or concerns about your personal data at [email protected].
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.
We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.
If you are a California resident, visit the CCPA privacy notice for California Residents for more information about the retention periods that apply to the personal data categories we collect.
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the "last updated" date and posting the updated policy on the Services.
