Effective Date: 30th January 2026
FetishFinder respects the privacy of its users while complying with applicable laws. We disclose user information only in response to valid legal process, in accordance with applicable law, or in response to an emergency involving the risk of death or serious physical harm.
This policy applies exclusively to law enforcement agencies and governmental authorities. Private individuals, civil litigants, and other non-governmental requestors must pursue proper legal channels.
FetishFinder requires valid and binding legal process before disclosing non-public user information, except in emergencies. Examples include:
Subpoena – may compel disclosure of basic subscriber information.
Court Order – may compel disclosure of account records or transactional data.
Search Warrant – required for disclosure of stored content such as uploaded files or private communications.
We will reject or limit requests that are overly broad, lack legal authority, or conflict with applicable law.
If law enforcement believes an emergency involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm requires disclosure without legal process, they may submit an emergency request. Requests must:
Be submitted by a sworn law enforcement officer.
Include a description of the nature of the emergency.
Identify the specific information requested and why it is necessary.
FetishFinder evaluates emergency requests on a case-by-case basis.
FetishFinder is a U.S.-based company. For requests from outside the United States, we generally require use of appropriate international channels, such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs), unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Law enforcement may submit a preservation request under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f) to preserve specific account records pending receipt of legal process. FetishFinder will preserve data for up to 90 days, with a possible 90-day extension upon receipt of a renewed request.
Unless prohibited by law or court order, FetishFinder may notify affected users before disclosing their information to law enforcement, to allow them the opportunity to contest the request.
All requests should be addressed to:
