Maria Zardoya, the lead vocalist of The Marías, has one of the most captivating voices in modern indie music.
Her sound is dreamy and sultry, effortlessly blending English and Spanish lyrics into something that feels both intimate and cinematic. She doesn’t perform songs, she lives in them.
Maria brings a painter’s touch to music. From visuals to melodies, everything she touches has intention. Her approach is personal, yet completely universal.
You don’t need to understand every word to feel the emotion. Whether onstage or in a quiet studio session, she brings a calm power that makes her one of the most intriguing artists today.
