This acceptable use policy outlines what is and is not permitted on FetishFinder. By using FetishFinder, you agree to this policy, which forms part of your legal agreement with us. Violating this policy may result in the deactivation of your content or account or both.

Defined Terms

Terms used in this policy have the same meanings as those defined in our Terms of Service. and other platform policies.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Do not use FetishFinder to engage in or promote:

• Underage Participation: Any involvement of individuals under the age of 18, or anyone in explicit content who has not completed our onboarding process or provided proper documentation confirming their legal age.
• Illegal Activities:Including but not limited to child exploitation, non-consensual acts, hate speech, sexual violence, bestiality, necrophilia, incest, and any form of illegal pornography.
• Violent Content:Content depicting extreme violence, abuse, or self-harm.
• Human Trafficking and Exploitation:Any form of human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation, including content that promotes or facilitates those activities.
• Prohibited Substances and Items:The sale, promotion, or depiction of illegal drugs, controlled substances, and weapons.
• Hateful Conduct:Attacking others based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Content:Sharing or threatening to share intimate images or videos without the subject's consent, including deepfakes and other manipulated media.
• Misinformation:Spreading false or misleading information. AI-generated content must comply with this policy and must be clearly and conspicuously captioned as AI-generated content with a signifier such as #AI or #AIGenerated.
• Prohibited Cyber Activity:Engaging in spamming, hacking, or interfering with FetishFinder’s systems.
• Public Nudity:Explicit conduct in public places or where others are likely to witness it.
• In-Person Meetings:Facilitating transactions or meetings that are illegal or violate our community guidelines.

Reporting and Enforcement

Content that violates this policy will be removed. Users may also be suspended or permanently banned from FetishFinder. We encourage all users to report content that they believe violates this policy. Reports will be reviewed by our Content Moderation Team, who will take appropriate action, including removal of content and reporting to legal authorities if necessary.

User Responsibilities

Users must ensure their content complies with this policy and that they have the necessary rights or licenses to upload content. FetishFinder reserves the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate our policies.

Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is suspended due to a violation of this policy, you may appeal the decision through our designated appeals process within seven days.

Legal Compliance

All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the EU Digital Services Act (EU DSA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Failure to comply may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Policy Updates and Review

FetishFinder may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes. This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with evolving legal standards and community expectations.
